The current Terms of use allow to use the Software for the "specified purpose" (which I couldn't find closer specified). Especially there is no license of the created content to the user.
Thus, we have no legal basis to use the created content in any way outside the game (from showing them to friends in a ttrpg game to publishing them or using them as part of other creations (games, videos, pictures, whatever)).
Also, this seems like a better place for the commercial use of the software. If a user creates an asset, you can revoke his rights to use the software. But how does this impact already created assets? Their further use for commercial uses would not require the use of the software.
Regarding commercial use, you should offer a fallback plan which others can use when using generated assets commercially (like 5% of income or whatever). The way it currently is, anyone exceeding the 100.000$ mark is at your mercy to not take whatever you want. I don't believe this is the impression you want to make. Take a guess at what you would take at most, and write that in the license. For big companies there can always be custom licenses and it would encourage smaller creators to use DA.
Also, the condition should be 100.000$ income by content using DA. The way it is currently worded, if a person is making 100.000$ a year on a steady job and would want to commercially use DA for a small project, they would need a professional license.
