Ability to close panel while editing terrain

When selecting a terrain editor with the brush such as raise terrain, lower, flatten, etc….the brush disappears unless you keep the panel open which sticks out and covers a chunk of the map. This isn't so bad on a big monitor but it obscures a lot when working on just a laptop screen. I would like you to change the setting so that you can close the side panel but keep the brush with the setting you selected so you can work the map without the panel obscuring any of it.
