Ability to create Selection Zones

This would hopefully be a copy from PS if possible. Like the Marquee tool, we can make a selection of the map. At the end of our selection of area we can either work inside or outside the selection.

This would allow us for more fine tuning for our designs. The brushes at their current size are very easy to raise to much terrain, or overwrite your entire flower field cause the brush does more then the circle shows.
