Ability to cycle through nearby items using tab or something similiar

I am often placing items in other objects and frequently have difficulty selecting that item after placing it. As an example, I placed the Winebottle asset in an Altar and clicked off of it before I could update the label on the Winebottle. It would be great when I select and get the Altar if there was some way to cycle through nearby items so I could get back to the winebottle and update the image.
