<p>Add Grid on/off toggle to VIEW menu. Currently have to click through several things to turn grid on/off. Ideally be able to adjust grid settings and then have quick access to turn on/off - either a menu shortcut under VIEW, or a keyboard shortcut e.g. ctrl+g</p>
