All Assets 15 Degree Angle Rotation

Some assets, like stairways and stackable blocks, can only rotate at angles of 90 degree increments. Hoping to get everything changed to 15 degrees like a lot of decorations. This would greatly increase the flexibility of the system.

I wanted to make a star fortress, but that is not technically possible.
