Change map type after map creation

Currently, the map type you select is immutable. Being able to change the map type after creation serves several purposes:
If you simply change your mind, you have a fallback.
If you would like to split a digital map into sections fitting a specific sheet size, this would streamline print publication.
If you would like to republish a map designed for print to digital release, this would allow you to stitch multiple maps together into one large map.
