Different Foundations when Raising Up Buildings

I see the preview for raising buildings and I think it'd be WONDERFUL if when raising buildings we had different "foundation" options. Such as buildings built on wooden pillars (such as docks or watch towers), stone columns (especially useful for like balconies), appear to be built upon the same walls, and maybe even just floating in mid-air or own clouds.
