Display Scaling Percent

With many 3d assets, native and imported, coming in sets, a scale display would be a useful feature. This would just display a % when dragging a corner of an object to show us the % it has been scaled from the original. This would be useful when dealing with sets of assets that would look off if not all scaled to roughly the same size.
