Door and Window Scaling/Placement

I would like to have the ability to scale the doors and windows to be smaller/larger like other objects can be scaled. I would also like quarter tile doors to work as a small pantry door.

I would also like the ability to place doors and windows with more fine control. It would be nice if I could chose whether a door is centered on a tile or centered between two tiles.
