Export objects as videos w/ transparency

I would love to be able to export the many animated objects in DA as videos.
Fantasy Grounds supports small .webm files to be used as tiles or brushes. Being able to export DA's objects with transparent backgrounds would allow me to not make an entire map a .webm file which ends up really large and difficult for my awful internet to send over. It also would provide flexibility to move notable objects around the map.

I attached a still of what I'd like. That's the Force Sphere and I have it in my Fantasy Grounds game by exporting a tiny map, but the sphere ends up being a square with boarders.
