Flooring anywhere w custom texture floors

Being able to paste flooring anywhere without having to create a room over the area for it to be placed, that way you can create cobblestone pathways and flooring for villages, while also being able to use imported textures for the flooring instead of the tiles from the props.
It would also make placing them easier for areas that were selected.
