GM Panel in Cinematic mode

I use cinematic mode 100% of the time while I'm running my RPG. It allows me to see the details better, understand the characters' perspectives, etc., and I really wish there was a function where you could open that sidebar while in cinematic mode. That way, I could change the time of day, the light color, add real-time effects, and even create/move objects, making it possible to create a secret passage behind a bookcase, for example. It doesn't need to be anything new; I think a function that, when activated, shows the sidebar in cinematic mode would be great.
