Grid Terrain Edit

Is it possible to change the edit mode from a circle to a square? While it is way better to have the circle for just making maps, having option to edit individual squares on the grid would allow people to make better defined areas that players would actually be able to stand on. This is especially true if you ever intend to incorporate 3D export options like STL or OBJ for 3D printing.
