Item / Asset locking

I feel like this one of the most important improvements that this software will ever need. The amount of times I grabbed the wrong or bigger objects is absurd. This could also include the rotation lock function but that is a smaller issue that's easy to solve.

Being able to lock individual items would be an absolute win for this amazing program.
