Many more keyboard options for people with motion issues

My arthritis prevents me from holding a mouse button for a long period of time. DA requires a LOT of mouse and button work. Please consider making keyboard versions of select (maybe tab through items to select things that are nearby?), rotate, resize, move, and camera controls. Also, scroll bars instead of mouse movements would be much easier to use on the object selection windows.
