Multi-core computing (especially for VIDEO)

Currently, on my 16 core 32 thread Ryzen, video export fails to fully commit to the cores it is using, and overall performance is lacking. Adding GPU encoding via OpenCL could potentially rapidly increase this process. What Dungeon Alchemist does in 5 minutes, Davinci Resolve does in 5 seconds by comparison.
