Multi-Monitor support

When working on large maps or small monitors, it results troubling to have all the tool bars in one side.

Because of this, it would be usefull to have the possibility to detach the tool bars into separate windows and drag them to a second monitor, so that 1 monitor would display the map and the other monitor the tool bars.
