Numerical Values for World Lighting Settings

Provide viewable/editable numeric values for world lighting settings. Currently, it is difficult to apply consistent custom world lighting setting to multiple maps. Providing numeric values for the settings would take the guess work out of creating a consistent custom lighting scheme.
