Refined Object Index Search

Currently, if you search for something like "table", you'll get tables, but you'll also get veggies (I'm assuming because of vegTABLE). That makes some sense, but there are some odd search results, too. Search for "cup" and you get bread shelves and bookcases and domes. I don't know how to explain those. So…the ability to search for "table" to get everything with table in the name, or *table, to ONLY get tables.
