Remove Pillars from Secret Doors

The title says it all, a secret door really isn't a secret when you got the frame pillars to the sides of an obvious door trying to hide.

I know there are tricks to fixing this, but when a secret door is added to the wall, the pillars/frame should automatically disappear.
