Smoother Controls For Cinematic Mode

It would be nice to have smoother keyboard and mouse controls for cinematic mode so that we could record more cinematic videos. Being able to control the following things would be very useful:

• Movement speed of camera
• Rotation speed of camera
• Lock camera movement to a specific axis
• Lock camera rotation to a specific axis/axes
