If one builds a map with, say, a tavern in grassland mountains… and then switches terrain type to badlands > the terraforming (terrain shape) and all assets on it get completely discarded.
Smarter, in my opinion, would be a change of terrain textures (brushes) only, without touching the terrain shape and/or the objects placed on it.
This would really allow comfortable change of textures to adress different biomes (and dirt levels etc.) with one build.
That'd be kind of a big deal for a lot of people, i reckon - including me.
