Temporarily increasing zoom increment

When in construction mode, being able to zoom in/out in a larger increment (e.g. 2x), consequently being able to zoom in/out faster. Potentially activated by keeping an auxiliary key (eg. Alt) pressed while scrolling the mouse wheel (i.e. the current zooming mechanism).
