Terrain water preset: Manual

Take all selected preset and start with all terrain above the water line.

Let users draw in moats and ditches. Saves them the step of loading up a preset subtracting the AI-driven waterway so they can add in their own.

Good for castles.

(Won't argue if you decide to add a preset that draws unnaturally straight waterways, too?)
