Torch / light function for Tokens

All great dungeon explorers carry a torch. It'd be great if our tokens could too. Not every room should need torches on the walls and having it stay dark around where they're not would be fantastic for fog of war and mood.

Having the same customisable light options as our lamps and maybe having the option for directional or radius based,

Also, glowing weapons etc. would have the added effect (see below).
