Turn Off All Lights In Room/Map

A simple set of buttons, possibly near the abstract lights, to turn off all placed lights on a floor or the whole map.

Additionally, a lights on/off toggle button for rooms/buildings to quickly switch off all lights.

These would be a huge QOL improvement for maps with dozens or even hundreds of lights.
