Updated AI for Room (Stables)

When creating a room for stables, it tends to just place items related to stables/barns, but doesn't create any stables/pens at all. I have to physically go in and update the room by hand to add fences/walls to house the horses/animals. Even medieval stables had walls (usually not gates) to enclose the horse in and keep them separated from the other horses. The AI does not reflect this knowledge and just creates a large open area "barn" rather than a horse stable.
