Video Card Encoding for Video Files NVENC/AMF

I will elaborate as much as I can but if the encoding was moved to the video card encoding chips this would GREATLY decrease the load on the systems and speed up the exports of the video files.

As most users that are using this system have decent video cards it should utilize the hardware we are all using, this can be done through a couple of ways
Using a library like so (I don't know what Dungeon Alchemist is coded in)
