Windowed Mode

I would suggest moving the toggle to switch between windows and full screen modes to File>Settings>Graphics rather than under the View menu to make it more user-friendly. Most games that support it have the toggle in that location, so it's more natural to look there first. Having the hotkey is great, but the UI toggle makes more sense to be with the rest of the graphics settings.
