X,Y Room creation

A number of times people will want rooms to be the same size, or a specific size
This idea would be to select your room tool and then the staring 0,0 of an X,Y grid

Then they can manually enter X and Y designations for polygon size.

Example, I want a room that is exactly 23 x 30. I select the room type, select the 0,0 that where I want it to start.
The I enter an X for left right distance, and then a Y for up down distance
And if people need their rooms stacked on top of each other, then allow the manual entry of the starting square.
